Phyllostachys castillonis is a bamboo that will grow 10-15' tall when controlled in a container and 15-20' feet tall when uncontrolled. This running bamboo with yellow and green striped canes is hardy to 0°F. The common form shows a green stripe on a yellow cane, but we also have a rarer variety of reversed, yellow stripe on green cane, Castillion bamboo.
